Always Show Affix Tiers

Why is there no option to always have this info displayed?

Prior to 0.3, there was a workaround where you could toggle tiers once per play session to always show, by activating a consumable, hovering over an item, and pressing R3. But this doesn't work anymore, either.

It's so incredibly cumbersome to always have to press extra buttons just to see the very basic item information. There is no reason not to have tiers togglebale or even always displayed by default.
