The Jade Isles - Manoki Boss Fight Bug

I encountered two separate bugs in the same boss fight within less than an hour, making it impossible to complete the encounter on this map.

This is very frustrating since I haven’t been able to complete a single fight on this map so far.

The first time, the boss left the arena while I got stuck inside and couldn’t get out.

The second time, the boss bugged during the transition, my character fell down and the boss became immobile. I was only able to move again after relogging, as shown in the video.
