Cannot set skill bind using controller when the Sands of Time is activated

I have tested this and I can set skill binds without this node selected in the Chronomancer Ascendancy. With Sands of Time activated and trying to select a skill the input is constantly reset as the Sands of Time ticks.

It was driving me crazy. I have the same issue. Oddly enough it only effects you in town and hideout. If you port to a non city zone you can bind a skill again
