Game is almost unplayable

I know my PC is not the newest one (Ryzen 5 1600 + GTX 1060) but for the love of god - this is ARPG based on old engine, not Crysis 4 right?

Every each Abyss, every each Breach... immidiate FPS drop to 10-11...

I made everything as low as possible, game looks terrible and it's still like that, don't get it.

0.2.0 was unplayable due to servers, now servers are awesome, but performance is like trash - why there always need to be something wrong with this game...

And GGG still did not tell any hint, literally norhing. They could write just "we hear, we know, we are working", to put any hope to the heart :(

The Ryzen has to go.

I had that exact setup until about 1.5 years ago. Changing from my EVGA 1060 6gb, to a 4060 had surprisingly small impact in POE 1 and 2.

But going from my Ryzen 5 1600 to a Ryzen 5 5600 made me go from about 10-20 FPS to 80+

The gpu did help but not even close to how the CPU helped.

But I don't remember such problems on 0.2.0
It's somehow correlated with new patch / league...

I have found that the default settings(high) run best. When I lower things it just runs worse, which doesn't make much sense to me.

It's not a CPU or GPU problem, it's the game, I have a high-end setup and I've been having drops below 30 frames constantly, even using DLSS and reducing the graphics, simply absurd.

You still have sub 15fps on abyss spawns.

Look back over the years, we have made this complaint for a LONG time. ALmost every single league, some people are absolutely boned for some unknown reason. Sometimes its just time to upgrade.

POE 2 becoming "Optimized" is copium from people who haven't been playing POE 1 for years and years and years.

Dude you are running a gtx 1060. I have the same card in my old machine from...9 years ago. I got the 6 gb version. While it was a great card when it came out and can still run some decent games like dota 2 or counterstrike, these games are 10+ years old. Time to upgrade your video card and they are selling now at MSRP. Get like 5070 TI.
