Incinerate cannot be used with Pyromantic Pact

Pyromantic Pact replaces your mana with Infernal Flame, and Incinerate gains fuel based on spent mana. This means that since you're not spending mana, Incinerate doesn't gain any fuel and you can't use it. I assume this is unintentional. If I may make a suggestion, one way to fix it might be to change Incinerate to gain fuel from base cast time rather than mana spent, like how the Spellslinger meta gem works.
