Lightning Warp is bugged in Sacred Reservoir fight

The skill Lightning Warp is completely bugged and uncastable in the Sacred Reservoir boss fight regardless of cost (I hovered in the middle of fight to check cost). Also mobs can follow you into the fight and map can continue cursing you making you completely defenseless in the interlude before the fight.

Bump, i also had this problem but in a MAP. Skill unusable
