Beira's Anguish got like 5 nerf for no reason

- Exposure nerf
- Curse nerf
- its now an ignited ground which is unscalable by global area of affect
- flammebility which is straight a nerf cause the enemy still need to stay on the ignited ground or it will not receive any damage but cannot instantly ignite enemies
- ignited ground ignores flying type enemies which makes some maps close to unplayble


At that point you can also remove it if you are too lazy to balance it right.
