Jade Isles Boss Stuck after first phase (Path of Exile 2)

Path of Exile 2.

Went through loads of maps to find a second Jade Isles, got through map to boss, phase one killed turning to phase 2 after so he just stands there wailing about.

Untargetable, unmoveable. Tried too get him into phase 2 forcfully like loggin out and in, moving to next area where he's meant to move when in phase 2 and nothing. I cant even retry it with another waystone.

hopefully something can be done as Im gonna miss out on 20 Divines which wouldve made me be able to afford Headhunter which I've been grinding for this last 3 days non stop as before now I was enjoying the game.
