Citadels not spawning

Could you please investigate if there are reasons why citadels aren't appearing?

I have the atlas practically finished, but no citadels have appeared in my atlas to complete the passive tree.

Yeah, after 200+ hours of mapping in the new league I still didn't find a single beam....

The same, a lot of corrupted fields, towers and so on, but lack of citadels :(

Concur...but I got 1 citadel, stone, attempted my filled suffix/prefix map for the Atlas points...but no died clearing the map on the way. Graenor would have likely taken me down, so not much lost but come-on give me back the citadel spawn patch!
