Global chat bot solution

Real easy and mess free solution to solve the global bot spam in to lock global chat until lvl 5 or so. Since most bots are lvl 1-2 this would shut them up permanently. I'm tired of ignoring every bot then emptying my filled ignore list (why the hell does it have a limit?!) every two weeks and I'm sick of seeing bot spamming stupid stuff fill global chat.
