Rhoa Mount Skill typo

The Rhoa Mount skill gem says "80% reduced movement penalty from using skills while mounted". However, this should say "80% less movement penalty from using skills while mounted", as it doesn't stack with other sources of "reduced movement penalty from using skills"; I used a stopwatch to time it and speccing 20%+ reduced movement penalty from using skills while using Rhoa Mount still results in a movement penalty from using skills.

This would be consistent with the text in the 0.3.0 Content Update Patch notes, which states "However, [Rhoa Mount] now grants 80% less movement speed penalty while using skills (previously 100%)"
