High latency spikes during mapping

Hello everyone ,

for past 2 weeks i´ve been experience big latency spikes during play, first few minutes i run on stable 26 ms but then its jumping between 100 - 2000 ms lags in latency , i checked my PC, network working fine , removed cache , tried most of the tips from people but nothing helps, is there anything to do about it or just wait for game update optimalisation.
