Almost level 92 and only one orb of annulment and fracturing orb, each.

What does the community think about this?

If Path of Exiles 1/2 are going to continue to be allergic to having good ground loot, shouldn't these quintessential items drop way, way more?

I wonder if the amount of drops of annuls/fracturings matched the quantity of garbage rare drops the item chase would be better and more streamlined.

It honestly kind of feels like you would have to do 100 maps to even have a remotely decent chance of finding one rare that's a legitimate upgrade in a slot.

If the game's going to be like that then there is no reason for currency drops to be so stingy.

I get that you can "build" for increased rarity of items found; that seems more like a band aid than a real solution. Increased rarity affixes should have a better purpose/niche than to bring up the baseline playability of the game.

I am in the same boat. A bit better quota then you, but not by much. So far I had 5 raw divs, 2 annuls, 1 fracturing orb, 1 ancient jawbone, 0 perfect regal orbs, 0 perfect exalted orbs, 0 of the better omens at 160 hours of play this season with 100% rarity on gear.

There is a bunch of improvement for sure. The perferct transmutation and augmentation orbs as well as the greater and perfect essences are great. The abyss mechanic is also really nice. So nice gear through crafting is certainly accessible. But please, it would be nice if I could maybe try a perfect regal slam or a perfect exalt slam once or twice an entire season? Maybe an omen that is something else than "next exalt add only prefix/suffix modifier"? Pretty please GGG? Maybe let us recombine our currency to greater and perfect versions? (If you are afraid that the economy will be cooked by this, let me assure you that the economy is cooked within a week or two at most anyway every season)

I also fully agree with the rarity take (same for quant). Those are garbage stats that should not be in the game at all. They invalidate almost all other options on precursor tablets and on the atlas. They are a mandatory stat on gear that immediately invalidating otherwise good gear if it is missing (like movespeed on boots). Or if you want to leave it in then tone it down to a point where it isn't mandatory. I have a 100% rarity and I am still completely starved for currency drops. Do I really have to do 4 tower set ups with all rarity/quant tablets in cleansed areas using waystones with 50% rarity and have another 150% on gear to have a decent amount of high tier currency drops in t16 maps?
I just turned lvl 92 and I've seen about 3 annuls and 2 fractured. I have received about 8 divs tho (fwiw).

I'm only running T15s now with 4 mods (i.e. I just alch a white T15 and go).

I do not have optimum tower setup, nor do I use the emotion oils on my maps. Same with corrupting to T16s. Those steps should yield more currency for sure.

I'm running shockwave totems on warbringer and I think I'm operating close to the upper limit this build is capable of. Not all builds are the same when it comes to currency farming.
