Cannot Progress in Atlas Towers Due to Delirium

Description:

After starting a Delirium encounter in a Tower map with extra content, if the encounter ends before reaching the stairs area, the stairs do not appear, making it impossible to progress further. It is unknown whether the stairs were visible before starting Delirium, but after the encounter ends, they were definitely missing. This has been experienced twice.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter a Tower with extra content: Delirium.

2. Start the Delirium encounter.

3. Wait until the Delirium encounter ends without finding the stairs.

4. Go to the area where the stairs are supposed to be.

5. Observe that the stairs do not appear.
