Cant flee abyss boss lair

Good evening, I would like to report an error. I'm stuck inside the boss room, after killing him I died to the poison that was on the floor. When I respawned, I returned to the boss room with him dead on the floor, but he remains dead and I'm inside the room without being able to teleport.
