Abyssal Depths

Could you make Abyssal Depths spawn less often (and maybe adjust drops to compensate)?
Having to sidetrack from your mapping every 1 out of 2 maps is tedious.

So you want to do less and get more rewards?

I say depths need to spawn more, they are a lot of fun and good rewards.

they absolutely spawn too often, this makes them common and less exciting to see. i side with OP.

I'm glad a league mechanic is showing up plenty, because nothing im a league is worse than chasing the mechanic.
That being said, I would wish that abyssal depths would be more diverse in terms of layout, mobs, bosses, loot and mechanics. They're currently too "samey", that's for sure.
Also, I wonder why the map mods do not influence the abyssal depths and it also seems that in maps the loot from them is not as good as it was in the campaign.
So imho the frequency is ok, but the areas could be improved.

I dont mind seeing depth more often, but make it more interesting. The layout is like 90% set in stone and the other 10% are slight adjustment. When I first encountered the boss in abyss with the rolling stones, I was like "oooh, now it begins to change, how exciting" and then the next 30 depth I were back to normal depth. Thought depth keep evolving the more often you visit them or if the level of the depth is higher.
I actually love running into the rifts. They're the only things that really make maps feel like less of a slog, because they are quick and the mobsplosion allows for some very satisfying pack clears.

But the Depths...if not for the omens I'd probably already be ignoring them altogether. I feel there isn't enough mob density inside the Depths and they just make already long mapping take even longer.

I feel I could get to like the Depths if they are literally packed full of mobs. But currently yeah I actually find myself liking it more when I get a trove come up instead of the opening into the Depths.

I'll be honest, I'm kind of glad the map mods don't transfer over. It's a two-way street of course if the positive affixes aren't affecting them also. IMO it's super nice in the middle of "chilled ground" map to be able to dive into the depths and actually have full movement back for a few minutes...
Like, just skip them if you're in that big of a hurry?

depths are not the league mechanic, the abyss is. each abyss already gives you chests with chances for bones (a very good chance), depths are/should be premium something to get excited about.

prob will get the usual nerf after goes core. standard with them
