Did not receive Ascendancy points after Trial of Chaos

I recently completed the Trial of Chaos with two of my friends. We all defeated the Trial Master together, and both of my friends correctly received their Ascendancy points. However, I did not receive any points after completing the fight.

I have attached screenshots as proof showing that I participated and completed the trial with them. Could you please check my account and help restore the missing points?
