Need More Lightning Skill Cosmetics

Why is the herald of thunder getting so many different VFX but not the other lightning skills? It should be easy to do and you guys can make a lot of money of this. I'm sick of all the lightning skills having the same color. Even the fire skills have purple choice now(turning to chaos but that's so much cooler).
