Next Step of Crafting this Robe?

So this robe dropped for me and I was just looking for an energy shield body armour. Might as well try to craft this one. I think this is pretty good right now but I have next to no experience in crafting. How should I go about making this robe the best it can be? Thanks

If this is a high %+hybrid, then the way to craft it is to add a desecrated suffix first (you can force it by using the Omen of Dextral Necromancy) and then use Omen of Homogenising Exaltation + slam it with greater exalt, or perfect if you can afford it/have it.
Last step is to use Omen of Abyssal Echoes to get two chances to unveil the suffix.

This gives you the best chance to hit flat energy shield, since both of your prefixes have the same tag and resistances don't share any tags with any of the prefixes. That is why you want to fill the last suffix with a desecrated mod without unveiling it before you slam the prefix.

Thanks so much for the advice. I was reading up on all the omens and was thinking about something similar but your advice was definitely better than what I was thinking about. I ended up getting it! Even though I used a perfect but got low T2 but I'm happy with the result.
