Controller with Crossbow

Hi,

playing on pc but using controller.
Anyone else is having problem playing crossbow with controller?
Even if i have bolts loaded in when i click to shoot often it does not work.
I put down my grenade, click to shoot explsive shots with 2 bolts in my crossbow but it does not shoot, and if shoot is quite slow... i died so many times becouse of that... enemies run at me but i can explde my grenade :( it happen so often that is insane!
Plus the reload is a disaster... sometimes even clicking to manually reload the crossbow with the bolts i want it does not work.
btw, i play plugged controlle not bt, so it is not for sure impunt lag...
i don't know what to do and don't understand why is that.
