left click disabled after entering a new region

I entered the sand swept dunes after beating the boss and I couldnt use the left click for attacking I thought this was a feature maybe its a challenge or something then I try entering another place the zigguraut as you know you left click on the title of the name of the thing you are entering and it enters you but I am clicking on it and it isnt doing anything and now I am just stuck trying to progress but I cant
