Critical Bug. Starting from 8.25 chaos lich is broken. Convalescence skill can't be inserted.Poe2

I took out the Convalescence skill gem (level 18) from the socket and now I can’t put it back. Only level 6 can be inserted, but higher-level gems can’t.
Then I tried to upgrade my inserted Convalescence gem, but it shows the message: "The operation couldn't be completed."

So right now it’s impossible to insert a Convalescence skill gem higher than level 6.

This breaks the entire build.

Can you please fix it?
