Is Eternal Youth with Chaos Inoculation Broken?

I have Eternal Youth and Chaos Inoculation however now my shields wont recharge and flasks won't heal me. Can't explain why it no longer works the way it did last season.

read the passive descriptions carefully. they changed eternal youth in 0.3.0. now you need an additional item like a unique to achieve the same effect.

Appreciate the information but here is exactly what the ability says:

"Eternal Youth"

Life Recharges instead of Energy Shield
50% Less life Recovery from Flasks


I see no mention of needing a unique flask to achieve the same effect am I missing some additional information from the ability?

Where on the Keystone does it tell that Life Flasks now regenerate ES instead of Life?
