Slow actions after fighting some mobs with hinder and freezing stuff.

The problem is the following: I'm using a caster and got hit by hinder aura and freezing mobs, I believe both were rare, and when I got hit the effect went away on the left (icon) but ALL my actions went extremely slow. Even opening the portal.

The only way I fixed this issue was going back to town, and coming back.

I believe the state of the effect could not be correctly removed sometimes. I do not think it was ping or anything, everything was fine. It was like I was 50% slower on every action, so this is why I believe the problem is the "state" of the effect now going away sometimes with casters.
