Cast on Block (Bug)

Have been setting up a new weapon swap and cannot use Cast on Block anymore.

It requires a skill gem now however, I cannot socket a gem (which I used to use) into the socket anymore.

I don't know how to post a screenshot here so you may just want to check my account and the character using spears (amazon).
