2 accounts stuck in same map

i got my monk and witch both stuck at the same spot in the endgame i was very laggy with my witch and logged out so i tought lets try it with my monk.

now when i try 2 login in either of them ill come back in the login and there is a message with unexpected error.

lol i found out i can respawn on hideout when i click the character in login screen
