Expedition question

Hi, do the modifiers that increase exp, increase rares, etc (buffs to character) in expedition maps/logs apply from the start? Or apply once the marker explodes?

They apply once it explode and affect every other monster exploding after.
So like the last one will only apply the the last mobs unhearted but the first one will apply to all of them. SSF player
