Bug Report Demon Form voice filter works on a new witch character

Hello,

I have just created a new witch character after swapping some gear from another witch while the Demon form from the Infernalist ascendancy was active.

I swapped the leveling gear that I had on one character to use it on a new one. I was on Act 3 in the Ziggurat Encapment (Act 3 Town), did not do anything else, went straight to the character creation screen after that
