Atlas passives no longer working

So since the changes recently, most of the Atlas passives no longer work. Examples, I have all the points into essences. I'm no longer getting any essences on maps. I also have strong boxes and the passives are no longer working either, I am not getting any strong boxes. I also tested for rogue exiles.
Same again. The only way they appear now is if they're randomly added via the new system or by forcing them using a tablet.
Between this, forcing me to use only one portal and still getting rubbish drops, I'm done. Can't farm any value currency.
