Stuck in boss expedition room

Used 50 runic splinters to fight the boss, killed the boss and it dropped loot. I cannot leave the boss room as red wall appears, can't port out. Had someone invite me to I could port to them and won't let me. Logged out and back in and my character Hemovivus is stuck.
