Critical Strikes Amazon Ascendancy node

It seems that the cap for chance to hit is around 124%(or maybe it has diminishing returns?). The hard cap or soft cap isn't clearly stated in this node which mislead me to thinking I could keep stacking accuracy to increase my critical hit chance.
