Regular Updates For Ported Cosmetics

Since it doesn't look like we'll be getting significant updates outside of league releases, can we at least get regular updates for cosmetics as they're ported over from PoE1.

If anything, having people wear their drip in PoE2 will help entice new players to the franchise into opening their wallets. /financialincentive
