No tower juicing meta - Are rare mobs mods the new meta?

What are the best mods for the new system? I still have faith in quantity but I'll mix it with rare mobs mods since I've heard it's now the meta.

I think they drop from arbiter if you have a point allocated to it in him passive.

I guess you can just buy them in trade tough.



Also i have no idea for the "juice meta" i never "juiced" anything for drops and i realised that i'm playing a complete different game than everyone since the whole drama of last week lol

Arbitrer drop. But man, I wished rare tablets would drop from tower completion because right now clearing a tower feels meaningless.
