Buff Choir of the Storm

I love theory crafting and would love to use this amulet on a cast on crit build however, sacrificing a amulet slot for a unique is too much of a trade off for just lightning damage. This unique should definitely be one of the higher tier uniques in the game and is deserving of a buff to facilitate builds.
