Failed to join instance

hi all,

started today, random ping spiks to 3k and somtimes its trows me out the game
now its also break the instance and i cant relogin
i got 2 characters in difrent acts and i cant login to both
i dose checked my internet and its fine no ping spiks when tested to some eu servers ip.. just in game

tryied to change servers
and it dont helped its can happen once in 10m or every minute

its just me or more ppl fill that lags?
