Unearthed Runecaster needs some nerfs

The Unearthed Runecasters (https://poe2db.tw/us/Unearthed_Runecaster)
"GSMercurialCasterBlast" has a supposedly Cast time of 2.5 Sec.

What i noticed is that the visual indication is there for less than a second before it detonates. Its simply way too fast to react to it. Considering the damage it does.

It gets even harder when you have delirium, you cant even see it.
