PS5 co-op bug. Can't collect ascendency points

My partner and I just finished our level 60 trial of sekhemas and could't get our ascendency points on the PS5. Back to Diablo 4 until they patch it. 2nd time in this game we've encountered a bug with ascendecies in co-op.
