Balck screen crashes on 5090 + 9800x3d

My PC keeps crashing during PoE2 sessions, crashes occured during the campain, but relativly rare, once in 1-2 hours. Now Im playing maps and 80% of boss fights end with a crash. I see blackscreen and can only hear some sound. PC doens't reponde to any actions, the only way is hard reboot.

I've tried every possible fix I could find, forums, chatgpt answers, all googlable pages, none of it works. I still try to fight boss and get crash.

Every other game works perfectrly fine, I played 100 hours of BL4, and full BF6 beta no problems at all. PoE2 - every 10 minutes.
