citadel doryani hp locked

was doing a citadel for last fragment and i got doryani to the phase threshhold but instead of going into the robot he just continued to fly around taking 0 damage and then procceeded to 1shot me. only after i died did he go into phase 2, kinda tilting as that was the last fragment i needed
