POE2 Soft lock on location Kalguuran Tomb

Hello today i was grinding Olroth and i came across a bug where when I slain a boss he wouldn't have 2nd phase he dropped all the items and then the arena was locked and i had to wait for instance to refresh, it's kinda annoying that im blocked adn can't do anything for 15minutes, it happened like 4 times in a time stomp of 3hrs
