MTX transfer confusion.

I purchased a hideout from the poe1 MTX store and I dont have it in poe2. I know some things transfer and some things dont. the frustrating part is no clear way of knowing what transfers and what doesnt. a simple indicator on the items MTX listing showing whether or not youre about to waste $20 would be nice.
