POE2 - cant log in with PC characters on PS5

Howdy,

I have a beta key on both PS5 and PC. I cannot log in on PS5 on any of my existing league characters; however, I can create a new character and play fine.

All characters work on PC directly. Is this solvable? I would have thought it was due to an incorrect account being connected to my POE account, but I can still create new characters, so it is strange.

the error I get when trying to log in on PS5 on my higher level characters is:

*Abnormal disconnection:
Error: Failed to join any instances*

I have emailed support and they told me email support is not available and to come here.

Omg I just ran into this issue and have been all over the internet for the last 3 days. I am on the same boat as you. Anyone have a solution??

New chars can be played on both platforms but the ones made before PSN purchase cannot be played on PSN.
