PS5 - Kirac & Map Device Missing after Act 4 (Atlas cannot be unlocked)

Platform: PS5
Mode: Online, Solo

I have fully completed Act 4 and reached level 68, but Commander Kirac and the Map Device are missing in King’s March.


Restarted the game multiple times ✅
Created new town instances several times ✅
Tried joining other players’ towns ✅
→ Nothing worked.



As a result, I can’t unlock the Atlas and cannot enter the endgame.

Other players have reported this as a known PS5 quest trigger bug, especially for solo online characters.

Please check my account and manually trigger the Atlas quest or include me in the next hotfix. Thank you!

Did you finish interlude as well? You probably did it but if not this is mandatory
