Copper Citadel and Abyss Bug

I had a Copper Citadel spawn with the overrun with the abyss icon on the Atlas which did not spawn any of the abyss monsters and instead just removed most of the map monsters aside from Breach and some Shrines. Most of the map was empty from where the abyss monsters should have been I'm guessing.

Here to flag that the same thing happened to me.

Also can't seem to return to the dreadnought after the boss fight, RIP loot I didn't pick up.
