My second stash tab is called Loadout. (The first one is the currency tab.) It's for swapping out gear based on map mods.

It's a habit I brought over from PoE1, where it was necessary. I haven't needed to change gear for maps yet in PoE2, so I keep tablets and fragments in it. Maybe in 0.4 as they add complexity to the endgame.

I'm running my third character this league.

Are you asking about the ability to save a passive tree configuration, and swap between them? GGG said in an interview that they have a dev tool like that, and they could polish it and release it maybe. So it might happen at some point.
