Headhunter not giving buffs

Heey!

I have not used my Headhunter in awhile and i just wanted to try it out for a couple maps. Looks like it does not grant me rare buffs anymore, or it kind of depends on the rares, because from some i get them. But it is very inconsistent at the moment and switched back to Mageblood. Is there anything wrong with Headhunter at the moment?:)
