Shader loading times are insane - Please allow us to preload shaders

Shader loading takes extremely long at the start of every single map, and the game is almost unplayable because of FPS drops if you don't wait for them to fully load. The FPS drops also happen when first encountering some new effect on some monster in a map.

Can there be an option to let us preload the shaders before starting the game so that this doesn't happen, at least until you finally optimize the game?

This seems to be caused by corrupt shader cache. At least it seems that the big slowdowns in game are fixed if you delete the shader cache folder.
