no tab when buying from market

I bought an item earlier from the market, but now if I want to buy an item from the market panel, there's no tab to buy the item I'm wanting to buy; I've tried from different locations on the map, different characters, all the same, no stash tab !.
IS this a bug?

I got the same issue since yesterday. The buying tab does not open and you just land in an empty hideout.
