Oil grenade and persistant ground II

Hello,
I try Persistant ground II support gem on the Oil grenade.
- Oil ground can't be ingnite by détonation (ok)
- When some foes came in the Oil ground and be covered by oil, ignition of the foes make the Oil ground ignite to (not ok about me)
