Removed Names

I had a bug that removed all my friends from my friend list. Has this happened to anybody? It happened to me twice.
And I had a player that I don't communicate cuz. He's on a separate from He's on p.c. I don't know how to search for them because it doesn't save names

Yes i had that issue bunch of times; espeially when turning off crossplay in game or switching servers

Where able to get them back?
